I am totally clueless as to where to start with creating a monogram. Can someone please point me in the right direction? I would really appreciate it.

I used word and powerpoint.
If you google how to make a monogram there is a step by step instruction guide on one site.
I basically used text boxes created the color, font etc that I wanted and then dragged them around until they wre right.

Do a google search for youtube video on monograms. That's where I learned to do mine. I use word. Fm me if you need help.

I also used power point. I created 3 text boxes with the letters that I wanted I then dragged them and placed them where I wanted in the monogram. Once everything was centered I created another text box for the date. I then added my border.

I used word to create mine. i put everything separate in text boxes, that way I could move them around easily when I needed too. My suggestion is just to play around with the text boxes and fonts to see what you like. You can also download free fonts, if you don't have any on your computer you like. I believe that I found the instructions for that on this site...just use the search engine HTH!!

My sisters boyfriend made mine. I think it took him like 8 hours!
