i know a lot of girls also use etsy for stuff like that

I would try etsy.com.
I think any of those invitiation/favor sites sell them as well, but they may not be the best deal.

I think mine were around that price--- but I did the whole name, not a monogram.

get them cheap at target, walmart, old navy, etc. and maybe them embroidered at tri county?

I got mine from American Bridal ... they were having a 5 dollar sale and I got all the bags for 5 bucks ... the engraving was more than the bag!
