Just wondering if anyone has been to a wedding there recently or planning theirs there too. They are under new management since we booked and we are meeting with them Friday (hopefully). I am really nervous about the whole new management thing and have been really close to cancelling because of it (I have heard they fired everyone!!) Any feedback would be appreciated. TIA.

It was a few years ago, so I'm sure it was under the old management.
(I know that wasn't much help.... just felt like saying HIIIIIII)

Yeah it prob was old management, I think they changed this fall or over the summer. Hopefully I'll hear from them today, but they are closed for the winter so it makes it even worse

how long ago did they fire everyone? My brother was just there in october for a wedding and he absolutely loved it!
If you want... i can get the scoop for you on the whole new management thing.
The only negative thing i've heard about the yacht club (which you're not going to like ) is that they tend to change management a lot and/or cooks. At least that's what i've heard from my adoptive dad so to speak, who owned the pancake house. Do you want me to see if i can find out more?

If you could find out more that would be great. What I really need are questions I should ask (things I should get in writing) when I speak to them on Friday. If I can cover the bases on any big problems they have had there then I'll feel better. Thanks so much for your help!!
ETA: I am not sure when they fired everyone. It was after April and before September I think!!!
