Matt and I are starting the South Beach diet today. He only need to lose like 5 pounds but I could drop 30 and be happy. Not much other than that.

Believe me I do in my stomach, I gained 20lbs in the last few months, only in my stomach, and I seem more solid than I used to be, I used to be very lightweight, you could blow me over like a feather and now I am not.

I am boring. I need to expand my horizons. The only thing we ever do is go out to eat which explains my need for a diet.
I am having that lingerie party in 2 weeks so that should be fun!
