Carmen (my only BM that showed up) did a wonderful job at putting this together at the last minute. Most of my work guys were able to get the night off and we truly had a blast. Metro 53 hooked us up with food and left the bar open for longer than we had originally planned.
I have to say it was definitely one of the nights in my life that I'll never forget (with the exception of the few minutes in the night I don't remember now)......
We had planned on going to the Hustler Club after---but we were all too drunk to drive (or to even find the place, really)--
Carmen left with some random guy--thank goodness my guy friends were there to take care of me!!! Of course, I made her feel bad the next day and told her some guys picked me up and left me on the street corner (obviously not the truth!) She felt bad for a while but we had a blast.
Anyway, a great time was had by all---thanks for remembering. It wasn't the huge party I expected, but the 20 or so that were there had a great time.
