Moral support...

Girls, I know I am so far from fat but I just don't feel absolutely perfect. I am gonna diet and back to my reg. workout regimen as of 2007. It'd be silly to start this week righjt and than have a crazy New Years night??

I'm with you.. I plan on starting jan 2nd.
I just ordered 2 new honeymoon bikinis that I have to fit into!

just wanted to add that before the holidays I was doing the 8 min abs/legs/arms/buns workout tapes & I really liked them.

Well I think ur beautiful.. it's never too early or too late to start the 'diet'. Even if you will go all out for New Years it's just one day don't sweat it. Good Luck

I think you look great! It's all about how you see yourself though! If you'd feel more comfortable waiting until Jan 2nd, go for it! You will have plenty of time before your wedding!

Good luck..and like you said you are farr from being fat .. I have to start my diet soon too...probably the first week of jan. I want to lose at least 10lbs..(hopfully)

You are so far from fat but you will feel better when you work out! I got like that in my skinny days awhile ago but i felt better after i worked out and got tone good luck

I think you are very, very far from fat. You are truly a beautiful girl. If your not feeling like you then I would recommend cutting back a little now and then become stricker once the new year is here.

I was just thinking that it would be cool if we could plan a GTG at a gym for us 07's. Thought?
