More about the churches...

I called the parish im currently in (which is in Ozone Park) last week to see if I could book for my wedding. The receptionist told me to call back in December. That really put me in a bind because I want to have the church booked so I can move on and get the RH. I was a little bit annoyed with the way they went about it. So one of my friends suggested I call my old church and see if I can speak to a priest.

Gotta tell you it was so much better talking to the other church because she at least took my info. down and told me the priest will call me back. I would love to be at the other church but if they're going to act like they cant be bothered then I'll go with my old church. Besides that, maybe it'll be nice to have it there. I made my communion and confirmation there.

Some churches act like they have no time for you when others are more than willing to help. So for those of you who are in the same boat as me keep trying! It'll work out :)
