Seriously, I read them as well and the whole time was thinking that they made really horrible actors/actresses. That's soooooo completly unprofessional!

I think that instead of them taking the steps to make things right...they actually dig themselves deeper...I find it so distasteful but I guess they are paving their way to the future for their business.....just by adding that remark, it takes not only their credibility but also their professionalism....and if it wasn't them and it was an advocate on their behalf which I doubt, they better get someone with more skills for appearing to be not the vendor.....I think any child would do better.....
