more flower issues!!

more flower issues!!

so who knew flowers would cause such dilemma since my girls dresses are so outrageous in color i dont want the flowers to compete but i also dont want them to be dull..

what do you think of these?

or maybe this??

or stick with original idea of the white and pink gerbras like this pic adding some ivory and different color pink roses

These are the dresses

Or go simple and go with just white and ivory

I think maybe something simple with all white flowers, and maybe a few pink roses thrown in. I just think the ones you have posted might look a little busy with the dress.

i LOVE the second bouquets...

I am also doing those gerbera daisies for me and hot pink for my bms..but my bm dresses are black with a pink ribbon under the boobs.

maybe you could do the opposite if you like the daisies and have them hold white and you hold the pink?

I would base it white, and then have some peakaboo roses or gerbers.....

which flower do u like best...start there and then go to color....

maybe diff shades of pink

Re: more flower issues!!

Would you be against an all fushia pink boquet? I think it would look nice and because the color is so vibrant, I dont' think the flowers would get lost or compete with the dress...

this was what i was originally thinking when i first ordered the girls dresses untill i saw the color and the florist brought up a bo-k of all fushia and it looks horrible cuz the colors were off

I like how the second flowers go with the dress the most

I put the flowers in for you but dont really like any of those particular bouquets. I think they are busy and compete with the dress, although they would look pretty if the dress didn't have the black.

I've included a 4th, which is my personal fave.

This website has tons of flowers listed and all the colors they come in:

http://www.fiftyflowers.com/flowers/AllFlowers_1.htm

I personally think you should stick with one or two colors max, and I'm not feeling the white at all. Of all those I like the one w/o any white in it....but maybe take out one of the other colors as well?

It's a toughie.....

I think it might look better without the stephanotis, but it's still bright/cheerful without looking out of place. I think the black is too dreary and depressing.

Also, I didn't notice, but when you click on 'Wedding Flowers' on the left, you can search by color, so for example they have a Hot Pink and a Dark Pink tab...and others as well.

Just an FYI, the 'black' callas you posted above are goreous...but they do have a purplish/burgandy tone in person, so I'd def bring a dress swatch and hold it up to the flower in person if you decide on those!
