Can you go to the store where shes ordering the dress from? I dont think any store will just measure you. Usually they measure your bust, hips, and something else I dont remember.

go to a dry cleaners or a person with alterations maybe they can take your measurements

http://www.wikihow.com/Take-Measurements-(For-Women)

Websites like Wiki how tell you how to take your measurements. If you have a measuring tape you can always do it yourself or have someone do it for you. If anything, add an inch or half an inch and just have it taken in.

i think im guna ask her what store so i can go on my own time and get my measurements taken from the store where shes ordering the dress from... or should i just go to a few dry cleaners and have my fmil measure me and have fh measure me..and see how far off every1 is lolol

I think its better to go to the store where she's getting the dress from. I wouldnt want someone else to measure me and then order the wrong dress. I wouldnt want that responsibility IMO
