Thanks for all your support ladies..we got an agent over the weekend and she prepared some things for us...we went over the weekend to drive by and check them out. Out of the 6 we were interested in ALL six were taken by today!!! What the F???? I
s this what I have to look forward to? Please help... My realtor seems to primarly use MSLI...any other suggestions???

Hey Jess, it sucks! Our house was on the market for 1 week! JUST 1! and there were 5 offers on it. In the end we got it because of how stable our jobs are. You have to move fast in this market. It is horrible and sad but unfortunately that is the way the market is now a days. You have to watch MLS yourself too and the minute you see something you like -call her and go see it THAT DAY. Also if she is with a major office, like Daniel Gale, Coldwell Banker, Century 21 make sure to ask her about any exclusives that they have. If your realtor is not with them she may have to sign a buyer broker agreement with the agency that the exclusive is listed with. They do not make it easy though for an outside realtor to show it. Also keep checking the paper for open houses and make sure you go!
