More Invitation Wording Problems!!! HELP!

Ok...If you put 'son of Mr. and Mrs. Grooms Parents' after your FH's name on the invitation, do you still write his last name or do you just write his first and middle name???

My other question:

How do you word 3:30 p.m.?

three-thirty in the afternoon
OR
half after three o'clock
OR
half after three o'clock in the afternoon

PLEASE HELP!

I believe you can say:
'half past three in the afternoon'

I'm sure you will get more suggestions shortly.....CHRISTINE...WHERE ARE YOU?

We still put our first, middle, and last names. So it was:

First Middle Last
daughter of Mr. & Mrs. Bride's Parents

and

First Middle Last
son of Mr. & Mrs. Groom's Parents
