She used to have nothing but rave reviews but got a few bad reviews in the past year.

what were the bad Elena reviews? I have a trial with her next month for hair and makeup. Her prices are very good and the people I know that used her were very happy.

I think the only 'bad' reviews about Elena was that she took too much time...simple solution...tell her you are leaving 30-60 min before you really are...

even my hairdresser finished 15 min late...I started to get nervous, but she said no one ever gets out on time...
