more menu help

i need to add another station to my cocktail hour.. which would you pick?

* pasta station (there is already a pasta chaffing dish)
* touch of orient station (there are already many passed oriental hors d'oeuvres)
* dim sum station (again, there are already many passed oriental hors d'oeuvres)
* fajita station

youre a chcc bride, right???
if so, the oriental station had a line at my wedding! it is oriental but its basically a chicken (or meat) stir-fry and its cooked fresh which is why i think people liked it. the food in the chafing dishes just sits around....

YES!

that's what we choose, but now i'm thinking we should pick something else b/c there are a lot of other oriental options being passed.
