As I mentioned in my last post I'm having food difficulties with DS (and from the replies I had gotten, so is everyone else) Anyway one of the few table foods DS will eat is French toast I always make it with whole wheat. My ? is how much should I give him. He is 13months old and 24lbs, should I give him a whole piece or 1/2 a piece and some fruit? Is a whole piece tomuch, and is 1/2 a piece enough? Sorry if this is a stupid ? I just want to make sure that my son is getting what he needs and not more. TIA Andrea- Confused Mommy Aidan- More Fruit Puffs!!!

That's so funny about the fruit puffs. Amber can't get enough! I got the veggie puffs for her too. Sometimes, she's not interested in the bottle or the jar and just wants something to snack on. I feel more comfortable giving her those instead of Cherrios because she doesn't have teeth yet.
In reference to the french toast, I would give him a half and if he's looking for more, give him a half of the other half. Just like us, sometimes they're more hungrier than others.
