well now i found out that somehow my mortgage xpires on may 6th.... but we can close up until may 15th!! how that happened I DONT KNOW!! anyway... now we ahve to push this damn lady to close by may 6th... hopefully she will be okay with that!! she's only knew since NOVEMBER she was selling her house!!!

AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH

P.S. not to mention i already 2 anixiety attacks today BEFORE i found this out!!!

Do you mean the rate lock or the mortgage application?

That can lead to two different things.

I too had a similiar situation - we worked it out with the seller that they could stay 10 days without a fee rather then 5- this way my rate and documents didnt expire....
