I am having 2 little girls in the wedding because FH doesnt have much family that he is that close with but I would like for him to have some family in the wedding party. One is my cousin and the other is FH little cousin. My question is do I use them both as flower girls or is there another job for the other little girl to do? and if so what is it? Or maybe they can be a little bride and groom

Depending on how old your cousin is, you can make her a junior bridesmaid. Otherwise, 2 flower girls is fine. I'm having two.

I'm having 2 flower girls and 2 ring boys. ive been debating what each should do as well. One flower girl is only going to be 2.5 yrs old so im thinking im just going to let her walk down the aisle, maybe hold a pomander or something. the other flower girl is old enough to toss petals.

Re: More than 1 Flower Girl?
i'm having five flowergirls, three pairs of junior bridesmaids and junior groomsmen, and a butterfly princess. butterfly princess coz i'm getting married in a garden so she'll have wings. my florist is making her a head wreath and flower wand to go with her wings.

Re: More than 1 Flower Girl?
you can have one ring a bell announcing that the bride is coming
or you can just have two flower girls. i think that's adorable.
or... if one is a little older you can have a junior bridesmaid
we were going to have 2 flower girls but my niece has already been one and will be one again in august so i 'promoted' her to Junior Bridesmaid. she's only 8 but I think it'll be fine.

I'm having two flowergirls, they're both going to come down seperately...one will throw out flower petals as usual, but there's gonna be a little twist, the other one is going to throw heart confetti (the theme of my wedding) if you're having a theme, I think it would be cute...for you, you could use butterflies!

I have 3 FG (possibly 4) and they will walk together a couple of feet apart shortest to tallest.

I'm doing the couple thing too, lol! I'm so particular, I want everyone to be paired up and everything to be equal and symmetrical..

Re: More than 1 Flower Girl?
i guess it depends how old they are. two little girls in pretty little dresses walking down the aisle is so much cuter than one. maybe they'll be less nervous when they've got a partner.

Re: More than 1 Flower Girl?
my cousin will be 8 (i think) next yr and i think the other 7....so i dont think either of them would be a junior bridesmaid. If anything both girls will throw petals, you know how kids are they always want to do the same thing the other is doing...we'll see
