More tipping questions...

Oy, like I haven't read enough posts about it when I search! Why do I feel like I search and read all day long and never feel like I know what I'm doing?

I have a DJ with two assistants. The DJ owns the company. I still want to tip him anyway. Should all three guys get equal? Or should it be bigger tip for DJ, smaller for the 2 assistants?

I was thinking $50 for DJ, $25 for each assistant. Is that cheap?

Should I be tipping bartenders/waitstaff at CLM?

Then for my organist & vocalist for the church ceremony- should i tip them? How much? I wasn't planning on tipping the Deacon, in my mind it's not approrpriate but who knows.

TIA!

How does this look to you?
Maitre'd $3 pp (125 pp) comes to $375 but I'll round it up to $400
Photographer 1 $50
Photographer 2 $50
Videographer $50
DJ (owner) $50
2 DJ assistants $25 each
Bridal Attendant $75-100

Should I up what I'm giving my photogs? Maybe to $75? I hate making these decisions!

I think I may add confusion to this topic, BUT, if your DJ owns the company, and he's not even supposed to get a tip, wouldn't you give him less, and his employees more?
