SO...FH really hates tuxes but, he likes this one morning suit. (used to live in England I guess its a thing there) anyways the thing is my cermony starts at 7 p.m. I heard that if its a 'fade to black' its ok. Will anyone really care or notice????

If wearing a morning suit for your evening wedding will make your FH happy - than do it!!
Get it in whatever color you like the best and don't worry about tradition or protocol. Bottom line is that it's your wedding, you have to do what makes you happy.
I can bet you that no one will really pay any attention or notice to what he has on at what time of day.
