What kind of rates have you been getting and from where ? We have excellent credit and zero debt. Just wondering. We are looking for 30 year fixed and 0 points.

The rate our credit union is offering today is 5.625%. It was just 5.5% two days ago - we should have locked in but didn't

my father in law has been watching and doing research for us and he said that the rates may be going up over the next month.

We just locked in last week at 5% and they just went up today to 5.25%
