We are finally starting the whole home buying process and I was wondering if anyone can recommend a good mortgage broker or a good bank/company you received your mortgage through.

We used Washington Mutual and were very happy. That was after we almost got messed up big time from another lender... be very careful who you use for this. We had someone from another place who did not know what they were doing. HTH
