mortgage broker?

our broker was paid by the lender. i made sure of this before w/ decided to use her AND went through the closing costs w/ a fine tooth comb to make absolutely sure that the fee was not paid by us.

FM if you want her info. she was AWESOME.

I don't know if you really need one. Unless you can get a situation like Skew's where you don't pay fees, I think you are better off on your own.
