Mortgage meeting tonight...

I am so nervous!!!

When we met withhim in January, he said we'd have no problem, but I am scared nonetheless. Im terrified he is going to spew out numbers that we cant afford.....

we love this little house!!!

Cross you fingers for me around 6pm.


***UPDATE****

It went really well. The payments will be about 200 more a month than I orginally wanted, BUT it is less money out of pocket with this kind of mortgage AND is cheaper per month than the other type we wualify for so we will have tons of extra money to do the basement and buy furniture, pay off credit cards etc.

Yes first it was a BOX than I upgraded to a POD in my parents driveway

I swore Id have a POD in my parents drive way!!!
