Mortgage ???'s

Does anyone know where I can look online for info regarding the types of mortgages there are and which would better suit DH and I?

DH and I have been house hunting...and we're going to try to get pre-approved so that we have the upper hand (hopefully) when we put in our bid.

I'm clueless and need some help!!!!

I suggest that meet with a mort. broker.. she/he will tell you what's best for you and your situation.

Februarybride...that is an awesome site!!! Thanks for pointing me to it...my DH and I can now read up a little bit about it so that when we do go meet with someone, at least we'll know what our needs are, what we're talking about, etc, etc. etc...

No problem! I wish I knew then what I know now about buying a home and mortgages - boy would I have done a few things differently! Good luck
