Most thoughtful shower gift

Hey ladies - yesterday was my shower.

My FMIL gave me the most thoughtful gift.

She took a pair of her grandmothers earrings, and made a necklace out of each one - one for me, and one for my FBIL's wife (whomever she may be hehe)

It is gorgeous! White gold with diamonds very vintage looking - some filagree gold around the diamond -it is not only the most beautiful peice of jewelry - but it solves my dilemma on what to wear on the wedding day - it will look great with my dress!!!!

That is such a great gift and one day, if you have a daughter you could pass it on to her for her wedding. Stuff like that is the best gift!!

You are also an exceptional girl to value such a gift from your FMIL. I can only imagine the joy you will bring her wearing it on your wedding day. I love hearing about girls who are sentimental and sensitive. Good for you!
