MOTB/FOTB gifts??

hey girls...so I know I've been totally *** forever now. Sooo much has been going on! Not only has FH moved in with me...but he started a new job..& we're looking to buy a house as well. (All this in ADDITION to planning a wedding) Can we say craziness?? But...it's all good craziness! LOL

Anywho's...to quickly update you all -our 'Biggees' have all been booked. The only thing left is limos...& we have plenty of time on that.

Now..onto the fun stuff! I've been looking into BP gifts and we have the girls & guys all set already! I;'m having a little trouble figuring out what to get MOTB, FOTB, and FMIL, FFIL gifts.

Any ideas? suggestions? The more sentimental -the better!!

Not really. My father is into motorcycles...but that wont help! LOL I'm trying to think of something sentimental...like engraved cufflinks, or money clips...for our dads -but cant remember the sentimental phrases to use.

I am going to pay for my brother's and dad's tuxes and my mom's hair. also will take them out maybe for a special dinner when they will fly in - just me, FH and them
haven't thought about FMIL.... hmmm...

My parents are divorced, so unfortunately I can't get them anything together. I was talking to FH about this the other night.

I was thinking of taking my mom and FMIL out for a spa day, and having FH take my dad and FFIL out for a golf day. I might also bring my MOH's (sisters) and FSIL, and told FH to bring his BM (his brother).

I am actually doing this for fathers day but it is a tear jerker present... I picked a song for the father daughter dance. FH made a DVD slideshow of pictures of us played to the song. I am hoping it makes him cry lol!

Thats also a great idea! I dont have anyone who can put together a EDVD slideshow though.

I'm thinking more along the lines of something he can wear or use forever that will remind him of the day I got married.

Sooo much tougher then I thought!

u know, I made my dad a bday present last year, a album of all the pix from the last 4 yrs. many have never been printed, so I thought this can be a great way to have something that will summarize the last 4 yrs since I moved to US. he went nutts over it!!! he was so touched and he usually such a reserved person. he showed it to everyone - ppl at work, neighbors, my grandparents
made me so happy that he loved it so much

Definitely a possibility! I'm big into scrapbooking...so maybe I can get a photobook made or something like that. Something to consider!
