we trying to find a dress for my mom,we check all stores around (nordstrom,bloomin...) nothing .i want my mm to look really nice .where i should go to find the dress for her she's size 16-18.please help me

I know a lot of peoplke don't like David's Bridal, but I was in there the other day and they go up to size 22. So, if you're having trouble size wise, that might be a good place to stop in.

My mom is a huge fan of Queen Of Hearts. She got her dress there for my brothers' wedding & plans to get her dress for mine there as well.
The sizes run to much bigger than 18 - but it could be a good place to start.

I agree! My Mom got her dress there and loves it! It was so quick and easy. We were in and out in like a half hour. And the prices are pretty affordable as well.

I saw that store across from Elena Bridal (where I got our BM dresses from) and the dresses in the window were gorgeous! As for David's bridal, my mom and I went & they really didn't have much at all for moms.

Entoto on Northern in Great Neck has some nice stuff.
ETA: Jovani has nice MOB dresses, see who carries that line and look there as well.

We tried EVERY store, and ended up at the Wedding Center in Commack. They had a huge selection and great prices!

My Mom needed a size 16-18 and we found this dress at Nordstrom's. I know they carried it at Macy's also. I would check there.

Did you check out Nordstrom's website? I've seen dresses on their site that I didn't find in the store. Also check out David's Bridal (but I would suggest to not do the alterations there).

Try Totally You in Bellmore. They have a good selection in ALL SIZES so you don't have to try on a size 4!

I think you are right, it's Bellmore. I'm not too familiar with the south shore and I confuse the towns. It's just west of the Wantagh Pkwy. so I thought it was Wantagh!
