my mom is having a really tough time finding a dress for the wedding. it is frustrating for the both of us sincei have no patience. She saw a Rose Taft dress she loved and we both went to see it today. She looked beautyiful in it but ended up no getting it because it had a lot of the same elements as my weddinggown- not good. We've been fighting all day and now i am determined to find her a dress.
PLEASE suggest some stores where they have mother of the bride gowns? We want wow dresses so please keep in mind....

A friend of mine recommended Totally You in Bellmore for my mom. There's also My Daughter's Wedding in Great Neck.

i went to Bridal reflections in Massapequa. Both my mom and my FMIL got their dresses there. The girls there are thoughtful, sweet, and really know their stuff. My mom got a great beaded dress while my FMIL got this cinderella type dress. Trust me, its worth going...FM if you want more details...
