Can anyome tell me a good place to go for mother of the bride dresses? Not too expensive preferably in bklyn or manhattan. I noticed alot of mob dresses are too young looking or too old looking lol. We were gonna check out rk bridal

Petra in Port Washington, it's brand new. My mom found a dress there. You can check out their website too.... www.shoppetra.com. They don't carry a lot of sizes because it's a specialty store but they can get sizes really quick. Good luck!

Pizzaz is where my cousin's husband's mother got her dress, and My Aunt got hers at Macy's (she just wore a Ralph Lauren Gown and looked STUNNING)

I (MOG) along with the MOB and SOB got our dresses for my son's wedding at Doris Fashions on 18th Avenue and 68th Street in Brooklyn. Dresses were beautiful and resonable and the service was wonderful.
There is also Valentina Bridal on New Utrecht Ave and 76/77th Street. Also Lestan's as someone else mentioned.
We went to Macy's, Saks, Lord & Taylor, David's Bridal, and RK Bridal and still haven't found the right dress. RK Bridal had an enormous selection, but my mom is very picky.
