Mother of the Brides Dress Shopping...

Does anyone have a good recommendation for mother of the bride dress shops in long island... please let me know.. Thanks!

Totally You in Bellmore! Just don't let them pressure you into buying an expensive dress, they tried that with my mom but she wound up finding a gorgeous dress for under $200!

my FMIL got her MOB dress for her daughter wedding at Totally You in Bellmore

She was super satisfied.

My Mom got her dress at Beautiful Bride in Lynbrook, and FMIL got her dress at Totally You in Bellmore.

My Mom and Fmil both got theirs from Paradise Bridal in Patchogue which is where I got my dress from..They have the biggest selection and absolute best service by far of any other place I've been too..

I actually walked out of Totally You b/c we had a horrible experience there...I went there with my Mom and Aunt to look at gowns for my Mom and they were soo rude there..The women wouldn't let us look through the selection of gowns, they were all sealed up which made it almost impossible to see them, and also my aunt picked out a dress that was hanging on the rack and the woman flipped out saying that the dress was someone's actual gown and practically fainted (so dramatic)..She was so snobby to my aunt..I looked at the women and by then was just fed up and said 'I don't think this is going to work' and we walked right out..

my mom just bought this from bridal reflections in massapequa for around 400..........they have a greatt selection there and very good prices, we went somewhere else and they were showing us dresses between 800-1600! crazyy
