Can someone tell me why my mom find pictures of my first wedding and want to give them to me? I tell her why in the world would I want this? She tell me they are mine when actually they were given to her and my dad and I thought she would have gotten rid of them along time ago. She keeps shoving them in my face telling me they are mine. I swear she is loosing her mind. She now has gotten me so upset that she didnt want to throw it out. Why would she do this to me?
Not sure why she would give them to you - maybe she thinks you would want to keep them as part of your history. I would just tell her politely that you do not want them (it seems like you don't in this case).
I told her when she gave them to me I dont want them. so she leaves them on the table. She walks past the table 3 times and say what are you going to do with these? I tell her again, I dont want them, throw them out. I was quite calm about it for a little while until she asked me again about them and I just snapped. Why the hell would I want pics of an alcoholic wife abuser??? i totally went off on her. Maybe I was wrong about yelling but I jsut dont get it. She knows what I went through.

I can't really give any insight - my only guess is that maybe since the wedding itself was a happy event, though he was a b astard to you, she thought you might want a piece of the happy memories?
Does she live in Glendale? I'll walk over there tonight and trash them for you.![]()
