i never even heard of it until i came to this site... do you actually slow dance with your mother? how many people do this?

i'm definetly dancing with my mom because I dont really have a relationship with my father. My mother has always been to one there for my through my whole life & i couldn't imagine not dancing with her. My FSIL did this as well and it was SO nice.

I am... my mom wants to. For awhile, I thought slow dances with my mom and my FH with his mom AND me and my mom would take too much time away, but ya know what? Too bad... I owe my mom this dance for all she's done for me in my life. She's my rock and she deserves this moment. What's another 3 minutes?
We are slow dancing to Taylor Hicks' 'Do I Make You Proud?'... and the answer is 'YES!!!'
I'm not doing a one on one dance with my mom but am dancing with her. There is this song called I'll always love my momma and it's kind of fast. We are both going to dance with our mothers, grandmas too!
