Mother's Day Brunch

I am looking for a restaurant that has a nice Mother's Day brunch. I called a few places and they either don't have availability or are not doing brunch on Mother's Day.

I live in Massapequa, so we were looking for something either in the area or in Nassau. Can anyone recommend a place? Thanks!
