Hey girls! Since this is the last Mother's Day before the wedding, I want to get my Mom and FMIL something really special. I'd like to somehow relate it to the wedding. Anyone have any ideas? I was thinking maybe a GC to a great bridal store where they could get their jewelry or something. Any thoughts? Please help! I want it to be just perfect!

JMO: I think a GC for somewhere else would be a little more appropriate...I would seperate the two events....

I plan on getting my mom a spa day at a salon. I have to talk to my brother about chipping in.

I completely agree.... JMO and I know you want to make this event special and by giving them a GC to a bridal store, but I think this is focusing more on you instead of what a great mother they have been over the years...

Something small you could get them, that goes with Mother's day, are those pretty white lace hankies that are embroidered with mother and have a cute poem on them. Its mothers dayish and will be great for the wedding when they ball their eyes out cause their babies are getting married!

I think a gift certificate to maybe Macys or somewhere similar would be nice :) That way theres no pressure for them to buy anything wedding related but they could just as easily pick out jewelry/perfume/makeup etc for the big day anyway!

As a wedding gift to my Mom, I gave her a Lladro statue of a mother and her little girl. Maybe you could do something like that for Mothers Day.

Re: Mother's Day Gifts
I found a great web-site for a mother's wedding braclet. i'm not sure yet if I'm going to give this to her for mothers day or at the wedding.
But the website is Abernook.com
Here's a link to the bracelet I'm talking about...Abernook
