Can anyone recommend places to go for Mother of the Bride and Groom dresses in Eastern Nassau/ Western Suffolk? I'm taking the moms this weekend and I can only think of 2 places.

I forget the name of it but my mom bought her dress (for my sister's wedding) from a shop on northern blvd, across the street from Leonards.
For my wedding, she found a beautiful dress in Saks....(on sale, ofcourse).
How much were you looking to spend? For something nice under $300, go tot Totally You in Wantagh on Merrick Road. If you have a bit more to spend, try Sugarplum in Merrick, I think dresses start at $450 or Moonlight Couture which is in Bellmore I think. There's also Meneshke's which I think is in Cedarhurst or close by in the five towns.

My mom went to PM Boutique in Oceanside. Beautiful dresses, they are a little pricey but they have a huge selection.

Blanches Bridal in East Rockaway on Atlantic Ave They have great stuff and the staff is wonderful

Thanks for the help. I was headed for Sugarplum and Dina's in Plainview, now I'll add Oceanside and hit Whitman Mall. Hope it doesn't snow that much.

in Bellmore ... great selection, great prices.
My mom bought 3 dresses b/f she found the one she wanted. She never had a prob. getting them to order or REORDER (don't get me started! ) a new dress for my mom!
They get my vote any day of the week!

My mom made her dress and my MIL found her dress in a cute store in Copiague. I can't remember the name of it.Maybe Lydia's? They always have beautiful dresses in the window.
