What did you girls pick out for these songs? So stumped....so I need some ideas!!!

Mother/Son Dance: Anyway by Martina McBride

Just googgle father daughter and mother son wedding songs...a lot of suggestions come up...I love offbeatbride.com for ideas

My DH chose 'Simple Man' by Lynyrd Skynyrd for his dance with his mom. He hated all the usual songs and him and his mom LOVE Lynyrd Skynyrd so it was an easy choice for him!

I let my dad choose our song and I wasn't crazy about the song he chose (Sunrise, Sunset from Fiddler on the Roof), but it was one less decision I had to make!

FH is dancing to Simple Man too. As for me, I wanted Goodnight, My Angel (Lullabye) by Billy Joel, but my dad doesn't think it's 'wedding enough'. GR! I still haven't found anything I like as much because I'm not a huge fan of all the typical songs.

Father/ daughter I'm using you'll be in my heart from Phil Collins. It's from the Disney movie Tarzan. Such a nice song, I cried when I heard it :)

Father/Daugher - Unforgetable by Nat King Cole and Natalie Cole (my dad picked it)

Mother/Son - There You'll Be by Faith Hill

I wanted 'Wind Beneath My Wings' by Bette Midler since I was little my DJ (also my cousin) told me it was like a 5+ minute song, so my dad and I cut that quick! I didn't want to cute the song off early...and we didn't want to dance that long...
