so some of you might remember Dino and I are moving back to my parents house. They have an apt upstairs. We wanted to do it asap, but the tenet my mom had living there had some trouble finding a place. she just found out..we can move August 1
Dino says we should do it. I think we should do because we have noooo money and that extra $1300 that would go to rent would be nice 3 weeks before the wedding. But are we insane to attempt this move 3 weeks before the wedding???
i mean we can start packing things up now...sell some stuff throw out some stuff...the actual move will take one day...two the most...and then it will be a pain unpacking and getting settled, but it's worth it right??? be honest!

I would totally do it. Being that it's only 3 weeks before the wedding, only unpack the things you know you will need and once all the wedding stress if over with, you can set everything up!

I think with 3 weeks to go, if you're not super pressed for time getting stuff done for the wedding, it'd be worth the $1300 to **** it up have it done before the wedding. bang it out in a weekend. Personally, I'd feel better going into the wedding knowing that's taken care of, but that's just me.

i say go for it! You will be saving $1300 and you dont have to unpack all at once, you can just unpack you immediate needs and do the rest after the wedding!

I guess I am in the minority...but moving was annoying and stressful and so is the last month of wedding planning...I wouldn't want to mix the two.
Then again I don't do well under stress.

I moved July 1st and I am getting married in August. It took a week to pack up, two days to move stuff and a week to unpack. Its doable.

put them to work.
start packing little stuff now. as much as you can. books/dvds/out of season clothes.
