Just wanted to share my happiness.... I booked the church and the photographer... YEAH!!! no one in my family understands how exciting it is!! So i figured that If I share it on here... we'll all be excited!
2 more big decisions to go for now... video and DJ... then a sigh of relief for a month or two!

I'm 5/1/04 also!!!! I'm getting so impatient..... I want to do something but I have all the big stuff taken care of already (hall, dj, photographer, videographer). I want to start looking at dresses but I'm afraid that if I get something now, 6 months down the road I'll see something better and cheaper and I'll be soooo mad!!

Thanks Ladies... I booked Photos of the Heart for Photography and Emanuel Lutheran for church.. going to talk to the Pastor on the 15th. I want to start shopping for a dress too, but mom says that if I plan to loose weight, then they'll have my 'larger' measurments... best to go when i'm skinnier... but i want to look! Plus i hear that I should go now cause 'spring styles' are out now and they won't be out for long... AGH!! just when i thought I was in the clear... but I am SO glad that I posted on here! You girls made me smile... plus now I have some girls to talk to about all the wedding stuff... no one I know is interested in talking about it with me....
who did u ladies book? what steps are you up too?

Hey Deb Congrats on your bookings
I already bought my dress (I actually bought it in November). I ordered mine 2 sizes smaller than I measured then. I WILL LOOSE THE WEIGHT (baby). The GREAT thing about my dress is that it laces up the back (no zipper anywhere) so no matter what size I am it can be loosened or tightened. Dress shopping is SO much fun. In Nov my dress was out for Spring 2003. I never heard that the spring styles go away but I dont know everything

I am going to order my dress on Saturday. I know which one I want, I just need to order it. Also, my sister (MOH) is going to make her decision on the BM on saturdy too. Then she will order hers and then the rest of the girls will go and order theirs. It is never to early to look or even order.

Congrats Deb. It's such a great relief when you finally make a decision! We finally decided on a DJ...that took forever and now are starting to look at video. I am getting married 2 weeks after you and I haven't started dress shopping yet but I plan to go in a few weeks. Good luck!
