FH and I got a call from our dealer and said that we got the bid for the townhouse in NJ. The lawyer needs to review the contract and start the final process. This will be FH and I's first townhouse togehter!!!!

No kidding????? It's a lot of RICH people homes - does she live in one of those???? I DO NOT!!! We live in the crappyest house in the neighborhood - we rent an apartment here...but a crappy house in a beautiful neighborhood is still a good house...

Yeah, they are one of those. She was literally giving away a 200 dollars jeans when it didn't fit her daughter. She didn't want to return it so she was gave it aways instead.
