i might be moving my wedding up to october/november - me & FH were talking and we really want another baby i really dont want the whole huge thing anymore i want to do more of a nyc style wedding very chic and very non wedding so im looking for a place that can give me what i want in 4 months..... & i promised myself id be 120 pounds when i got married - geez wish me luck on losing 20 pounds in 4 months!

aww thats great. if thats what you both want then i think its def a great idea!
I am sure there are plenty of nice restaurants or halls in nyc that you can do a cocktail type wedding rather than the traditional sit down meal reception.
we will miss having you as a 2010 bride but you can stay on our boards and hang out with us anyway!!

wow Dana.... these are some news! hopefully it all can work out and u can get ur deposit back. the chic NYC theme sounds awesome! I always wanted to do that, but couldn't afford it FM me if u want to get some details with logistics that I got when researching that
and of course keep us updated!

Wow - makes a lot of sense to move it up! I know you had posted about this a few weeks ago, and felt torn. I'm glad you came to a decision!
I hear that the City Hall restaurant does great weddings. I've never been there, but when I was looking at venues, a coworker suggested it. You don't get much more NYC than that!
You can totally lose 20 pounds in 4 months. I did that last year and kept it off - Weight Watchers, baby!

good luck! the knot had this budget wedding thing for a wedding in nyc for 10,000 dollars. check it out, there are some really good ideas for a chic nyc modern wedding.

no if its ok with you girls id love to say on the 2010 boards ive grow so acustomed (spelling) & love most of you girls that id love to stay & help plan your weddings - also i have to FIND a place first....thanks for all the support & great words!!!
