Re: Mr. Met at your wedding..
I think thats a fabulous idea!! It may be a lil $$ but its a memory that will last forever!!!
Everyone has that little extra pocket to personalize their day whether it be on flowers, the dress, linens etc. I think this is such a great gesture you're doing for your FH ~ he's going to looooove it!!!!! See weblink below:
Mr. Met will make any occasion 'Amazin'!' - For more information, please call (718) 559-3093.
Hope this helps!!

That's a fantastic idea!!! FH is a huge Mets fan too!!
I'm a huge mets fan (HUGE) and I would never, ever have wanted Mr. Met at our wedding.
I don't care how egotistical it sounds, but our wedding day was about US, not a bobble-headed mascot. I'd rather spend that kind of money on really awesome tickets or some sort of private tour / mets-related event.
WOW... sounds harsh.
How about a 'to each their own/not my taste' comment instead?
that's how I would word it.
I didn't know they did that before until LIW... and now I've seen a few girls do it.... it's not so much my taste.... but I'm not a cartoon or character type of girl either.

I am going to do this for CH. They told me 500 for an hour...![]()
They told me that it's an hour but that he needs to get into costume which takes 15 minutes so his face time at the party is really only 45 minutes.
Regardless, it was a lot more than I had expected to pay.
But this quote was from the beginning of last season, when there was promise. Wait until like July to sign your contract and you can probably get a discount since they're bound to mess up(and yes, I'm a huge Mets fan...just a realistic one!)
Hahaha! I was thinking the same thing. We are huge Mets fans too but Adam goes through this dramatic cycle every year of HATING them by the end of the season. Last weekend he put on a Mets t-shirt and was like, 'OK I'm back' after months of swearing that he was going to become a Nationals fan (we just moved to DC).
