I have an interview for a split MS/HS position and have to meet with the principals of both, now it's been a looooong time since I've been on a teaching interview, what are the hot topics right now in education out here on the island and what are some key ideas and terms I should know about, I'm so nervous because I really want to get this job and it's my second interview I already met with the department heads and I don't want to blow it! TIA

what district? i know in my school the hot topics are the ELA/Regents exams, working together with the other teachers, parent communication, connecting with the students........ good luck!
