Has everyone had morning sickness? When did it start? I have moments of queasiness and some moments of low energy, but really, nothing to complain about. Did you all experience M/S? and if so, at what week?

Re: MS who had it when?
I have been super lucky that I only got a bit of m/s in the super early stages of my pregnancy. I get evening dizzy spells and am very, very tired instead. I also get an upset stomach (but no throwing up) from certain smells- like when someone reheated chinese food in the office microwave. I know that oyster crackers or plain saltines help most women with m/s so I always have a baggie full of them with me.

Re: MS who had it when?
Mine was like clockwork from week 6 to 13. As soon as I entered my 13th week it went away. I had 24/7 nausea unless I was very full from eating pasta, rice or bread. I never had vomitting, but came close to it a couple of times. For some reason I started getting nauseaous at night again for the last couple of weeks. But, it's no way near as bad as it was at the beginning.
Oh, and saltines did wonders. I nibbled on them all day long at work and even kept them with me when I was not in the office or at home.

Re: MS who had it when?
I've had it since about week 4/5 and I'm now at week 19 plus!!! But on the up side, I don't have it 24/7 anymore!! Like Niha, I never threw up, but was darn close too many times to count!!! Now I only get it in the morning. I'm hoping it'll stop when I start my sixth month. I would carry a stash of saltines, pretzel rods and nutra grain bars with me. Also a peppermint patty would help.
Hope you feel better!

KGB I had the same as you- alot of queasiness but never any M/S. I was so tired in the first tri but that passed.

oh, jolly ranchers also help. Sucking on the hard candy takes m/s away when I get it. My mom told me that trick.

Re: MS who had it when?
I had nausea an awful lot from about week 8 - about week 14 or so. Never threw up, but the nausea was ugly. I was also more exhausted than I've ever been in my entire life. Sucking on Jolly Rancher watermelon hard candies solved the problem every time! Then came the headaches, which I had for about 2 straight weeks. But after that - smooth sailing! Until the hearburn kicked in during the last trimester....now I'm just generally uncomfortable!

Re: MS who had it when?
I had almost non-stop nausea in my 1st tri....yuck. I only vomited once b/c of a stomach virus so I can't blame Peanut.
Fatigue is my biggest complaint - OMG, I'd PAY for sleep!! That and the carpal tunnel and the charlie horses and the back spasms and the occasional headache and the pg *mask* on my face since week 10 and the....
One the other hand, my nails have never been so strong and my hair is soooo healthy!!

Re: MS who had it when?
Shamma - it is very common for pregnant women to go through a clumsy stage, but it usually happens later in the pregnancy. The causes of it can be anything from your center of gravity being different - b/c of the size of your belly and extra weight you're carrying - or, just plain old clutziness b/c your joints and ligaments loosen as your body prepares for delivery of the baby. It's normal and it goes away when your body recovers from the baby's birth postpartum.

Re: MS who had it when?
I had no morning sickness, just severe night sickness from week 6 until (crossing my fingers) last week, which was week 10. I never vomitted, but I know that if I had even looked at the toilet I would have. I was also very dizzy, and this kept me up for more hours than I care to discuss. NOTHING helped. Now, I'm just battling some vicious headaches.

Re: MS who had it when?
Charlie Horses are from the pregnancy? OMG. Last night my entire left arm/hand was asleep and it woke me up. I HATE that feeling.
I have lived with carpal tunnel for many years and had surgies. I feel for anyone who gets it. But I will say a friend of mine had it with her pregnancy and it went 100% away about the birth of the baby. She swore by prenatal massages though.
The dizzy spells $uck and the tired feeling I have ALL day is the worst. I want a nap room at work sooo badly.

Re: MS who had it when?
I was sick basically fromt he beginning of my pregnancy through the 7th month. I got sick everyday. I would get killer migranes and thent eh charlie horses at night. I think I had the worst pregnancy ever.
On an up note, I had the quickest and easiest birth. So it wasn't all bad!
