MS Word- Label help

here's what i just did:

in word go to

tools - letters and mailings - envelopes and labels

you should see the picture of your label (make sure you are under labels, not envelopes)

click on the actual label down on the right where it says avery whatever and looks like a label, and the box should pop up and you should be able to change the avery label to what you need.

What's the difference between the 2 styles? If they're 3 in each row, just copy and paste the whole page.

You're right! I was doing CTRL A to select the whole document & then it was pasting into one cell/ label. I just did it page by page and it worked. Thanks so much!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

did it work? i had labels set up for my shower invites and i tried that and it worked
