perhaps i am out of line here, but i think your avator is SO disturbing. i am hoping that the pic is not of your own child, just one you found on the web.
i just cannot fathom a parent putting their child in a pot, taking a picture then posting it w/ the tag line 'look who is yummy'
maybe i am being ultra-senstive, but i just don't see the humor.

Re: MSCJLK
Personally I think this ridiculous post should have been FM'd, thats just MO.
But since you broadcast it for us all to see, I think you *are* being ultra sensitive. I doubt Jillian gets cooked in a pot and eaten for dinner.

I thought it was adorable. How is that different that going to a photography studio and they put the baby in a bath tub and take the picture?

Re: MSCJLK
Thank you everyone for saying that it was cuteand that it was done is all fun... and even though I do not have to justify what i do with MY child she was in there for 2.1sec and if you look closely my hand is right there . And If you have any problem with it keep it to yourself... I am a great mother and would never do ANYHING to harm my child... The picture was done in fun.. she was not anywhere near the stove and my husband and Inlaws were all within 2 feet....she is a beautiful baby and I love to have fun pictures of her...and BTW all the grandparents have the picture on their fridges with the tag line....
Worry about your upcoming wedding not what i do with my child...like someone said its not like i ate her for dinner....

Oh my!!! I thought that was a VERY cute picture I even called my DH into the office to see it and he agreed. I guess you have to be a parent to appreciate the photo.

Re: MSCJLK
while i respect all your opinions and viewpoints, mine still remains. my issue had nothing to do w/ the lack of parental supervision, it was solely based on the actual pic that was taken. i never asked you to justify your actions nor remove the pic, i was just stating my thoughts. contrary to the responses on this thread, i am not alone in feeling this way (FM's i received).
i do agree however, that she is a beautiful baby.
my wedding has passed so, unfortunately i really don't have to worry about it anymore.
BTW - i appreciate the,'I doubt Jillian gets cooked in a pot and eaten for dinner.' response. thanks for the clarification!

no problem! Glad I could help you out!
and kudos to the folks that you say feel the same as you do but chose to FM you instead, for keeping such unsolicited negativity behind the scenes.
