Mulcahy's in Wantagh

Anyone ever been there?

My FI is trying to drag me to a concert, but I was wondering if it is a filth hole and if I will be miserable.

ETA: The place was great! We saw Stone Sour

i haven't been there in years it's really big and ok not dirty alot of young kids though what concert?

I've been there many times, and its pretty nice, depending on the band, sometimes crappy bands bring in weird people...

That's where FH & I met!!!

As the PP said, its a big place ... in the summer there tend to be lots of college kids, but it might not be filled with them since some may have started to go back to school by now.

The bands are pretty decent most of the time.

Me too!!!!! FH & I were introduce by my MOH who wanted us to meet.

Mulcahy's is indeed a big place but def a younger crowd. Music was good everytime I've been .

I love Mulc's! which band is playing?
I agree with the above...if a crappy band is playing it can ruin the whole atmosphere (sp)!

i have always had fun when I have gone to see bands there.....it depends on the music the band is playing, but usally no complaints

Thanks Ladies....I ended up going to see Stone Sour.

The bar was really nice and big. The bathrooms were even nice!

I had a good time. It wasn't crowded and I even got a seat!

That is so funny that some of you met your FI there. Cute story!!

I would def. go again.

sorry 08 crasher...I met FH there too!! I always knew him from around town but actually met and talked that night!
