Multi-Vitamins

Me and my DH are looking for a good multi-vitamin. Can any one recommend a good multi-Vitamin? Are there different kinds for men and women?

My FMIL introduced me to InVIte High Potency Multi Vitamin & Mineral Dietary Supplement. We get in from Hickey Chemists. It's kind of pricey, but she's very knowledgeable about this stuff.....she's actually a nutritional consultant. This woman is going to live until 125!

Also can you ask your FMIL if she has ever heard of LifePak by Pharmex??

I take GNC's mega women, Dh takes GNC's megamen! My doc said they are one of teh best out there..dont know if thats true or not..but we love them!

My doc told me we were doing fine with Flintstones Vitamins!

Plus I've heard it can also be used as a neo-natal vitamin (for you of course )
