My FH and all of his friends are metal heads (like the kind of music that gives me nightmares lol) but they also like a few not so heavy power metal bands.
I was thinking about giving them like 3 songs at the wedding to mosh it out to on the dance floor to the power metal bands...
I just dont want to scare all the old people lol or else id let the whole wedding be metal music (anything for the FH)
What are your thoughts on this?

I'd say, maybe play some older stuff to please the older crowd first before breaking out the heavy metal. Still probably will scare grandparents though

It's your wedding I am sure a few songs will not bother anyone especially if they see your FH enjoying himself

I agree! How fun to be moshing at a wedding. I knew a few of my guests who would love to do that.

If you are worried about scary the older people, I would have the DJ make an announcement like, 'Groomsman, I am going to play the next 2 songs for you guys so you better come out and dance'......or something, then they will know that it is only going to be a couple songs and why you are playing them..........

lol I think its gonna be hilarious. his songs are like 11 minutes each so I told him to pick 2 of those or 3 shorter ones. This is what he is most excited about! I am thinking that we will do the 'guys time' and have the DJ do a cute call to all guys and then midway through the first song I know all the girls will join in too and maybe that would be a good segway into the garter and boK toss?
Speaking of music - i DESPISE rap music. Can you guys recommend some good reggae dance songs?
