We are meeting with our DJ on Wed night to go over some song selections. At dinner tonight, my FH and I tried to prepare for the meeting and began to realize the style that he likes is not exactly the style easily danced to. What hip-hop/rap and alternative songs can be danced to? Feel free to add any other top choices anyone else has.... we are stumped. Please help.... thanks.

I think you should also think that there are going to older people there too. But things like Meatloafs bat out of Hell is great towards the end(when people have a few drinks) Every one knows it and they get upto dance. People like alot of the oldies even the yonger people. They like that mix...ummm that is the twist and a few other songs. They will know. Well good luck.

I'm having a lot of older people and we are having oldies (twist and shout), big band music, swing, 70's, old school rap, and some bar music like sweet caroline, come on irene, pour some sugar on me. Hope this was helpful, good luck
