Anyone know where I can find a sheet that let's me plug in the different songs I want played for each special moment throughout the wedding (mom/son dance, cake cutting, etc.)? I want to start outlining everything and I don't want to miss a special moment!

Do you have a DJ?
Our DJ sent us a form and even our RH gave us one to fill out for them - also our DOC's.
If you have a band or DJ i would ask them for one.
